When you feel so lost you force yourself to move on
Life interferes with will to fight
Heart breaking at the seems
You’ve pushed all you have left inside
Feeling lost and confused
You have no will in sight
As darkness takes over the left over light
And anger lurks within crevices of your mind
Loneliness takes a stand
As inner self
Fighting self esteem
Dwells
This is loneliness once more
As depression takes hold to pick at your soul
Darkness surrounding in silence
Fear of coming near once more
This is your darkest despair
Yet over following in life
from my savior
God who keeps us strong and near
Through Jesus who saved
Turning night to day
Dark to light
Once more
