12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life
As humans we have the tendency to live in the darkness of sin and our past two places we don’t like to admit we go but as humans it’s what we do
Jesus states in John 8:12 “I am the light 💡 of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life”
Saying that he is the light to take in all that of the world turning it from darkness to beautiful light in and through him giving believers the light of life and freedom from the darkness removing us from our sin washing us as clean as wool of a lamb and giving us forever light in eternal life with him
He does not hold grudges for what we have said or done he does not condemn us for our wrongs he does not judge or boast us that is Father God who is our only judge he just leads us in the paths of love and peace and is a forgiving father who wants us to come to him and let him lead our ways in the light
We don’t need Twitter or Facebook or LinkedIn to follow him and let him be our friend he offers that automatically in his love he gave to us in death
Romans 5:8
