Moving Up In Rank From Soldier To A Man

I find myself twiddling and rotating around time. Lost deep within my mind. Seeing him as if he were still here holding down time with one one thing one mind. Thinking of the soldiers who have gone together or separate to another place. These were fathers, sons, mothers , brothers, grandsons and more now the only thing on common indeed. They’ve become real men hidden behind uniform out to fight the fight And challenges ahead. Making it big as no one else can. This could be my father, uncle, grandparents or friend. That soldier will end up being the one who you find yourself missing most in the end when (she/he’s ) gone and taken with time. This soldier could be your cousin or friend. Whatever case may this soldier find peace and live out his journey not just a story…

Of The Country And For Our Nation

Angel Takes Flight

A wife waits at home in worry despair and in alert weary at the door

A son goes to bed each night alone in his bed awaiting the phone to ring

A daughter goes to school everyday with a ribbon tied to her schoolbag

While a mother cries herself to sleep in fear of that possible day she dreads.

You and I hear about it from family, friends or the news broadcasting on air

We don’t feel each of these people’s pains at night

We don’t see the real story behind the scenes themselves

We have not witnessed tradigity or pain as they have

They have seen and been party from the beginning to the end

They have seen and witnessed it all first hand

These are the people of the service who leave their families to fight for rights or protect the nations and fight

They are men and…

Honesty

Angel Takes Flight

They say lying gets you nowhere

Honesty is the best way

how can this be when truths are told and only lead to hurt and despair

so how does honesty work yet never

this answer I would love to learn

I want not to be hurt as I want not to hurt anyone like him or anyone else as well

Though each time I am honest in any issue with anyone

this is exactly what it seems to go thru and exactly all I see

So how does one follow thru with what things she feels are right if they always seem so wrong with them

I am crying inside and dying in heart of life my feelings and honesty are not things I can hide

I nolonger even have tears to cry or emotions to follow inside myself

I have begun to quietly shut down and hide

Forty Steps Into Love And A Family- A Journey Into Love

Angel Takes Flight

The first time I told you how I felt I told you to give you hope that there was someone in the world who cared and had a deep enough care to be love for you
I broke you from the silence that night as all our honesty poured out to heal each others wounds and give us hope that day in turn saving a life as well

The second time I told you cause I had drawn so close both inside and emotionally and was not sure how long I would have it there in my life

The third time was the charm that woke me up inside when I realized I was memorized within God’s plan that I could not hide no matter how hard I had tried
After promising myself I would not let this go anywhere and I would not get deeply involved I realized that in emotions you…
